The Deltec 400i is what I’m using on my UNS R75. I didn’t have to cut an inch or two from the cover to make it fit though

Im taking 3 nano aio tanks each loaded with equipment into this one tank....wish me luck. I saw nycreefers idea of the ikea shelves that look similar so if i need to expand into a separate box i can. id just rather not lol.

dang that skimmer looks great, idk if its worth double a bubble magnus tho...gonna have to do some more research
Sounds cool! You got this!!

From your two experiences with the deltec and borei, are they worth the extra money? My plan was to use the bm curve a5 (the new version with the dc pump so it should be silent)

This is my first sump tank so ive never had a full blown skimmer, only small internal aio ones. So not sure if its worth the extra money for one of the ones you have.

I haven’t setup the Deltec yet but from previous experience, they are worth it. I think it really depends on your funds and what you want to spend.

There are other parts of the tank you can choose to spend money on. My tank is in my living room, so a lot of mu choices have been around sound.

You could choose the curve, and i don’t think the difference would be that much. Same for a lot in this hobby tbh. We throw money at the tanks thinking it’s going to make it easier, but a lot of the time, from my view, it doesn’t make that big of a difference.

Good to know! If it doesn’t do its job better or make my life easier I’d rather not spend extra money on it lol.
