No worries problem solved. I'll shift fish to another tank I'll going to buy/rent Tommorow. Hope it survives for 1 day
Provide aeration with air stone and you can safely reduce salinity or go hyposalinity (to 1.009) as an alternative but I recommend copper power or else coppersafe which are very similar.

Youre fine at this level and will help buy time until you switch to copper based product

It is breathing fine. Can it be itch? Last time I battled velvet , fish were breathing fast. It had lympho from biggining that I know
If it is breathing fine and still eating, you can rule out velvet. Late stage ich can look like this, but the fish wouldn’t be eating still. My vote is that it is Neobenedenia flukes. You can try a 5 minute FW dip to see if any drop off - they look like translucent scales.

If it was Neobenedenia you should see dozens of flukes, so I’m less sure of the diagnosis now. Maybe it is late stage ich after all?

, flukes like things when I introduced it back. It everytime fools me by playing death. Those were looking like this but in bucket I didn't able to see but inside aquarium I seen many. One unlucky thing is I hv introduced a lionfish into my display and it is also showing these symptoms so I am thinking to shift all my fishes to somewhere else and restart. I done freshwater dip for just 2 min. They were looking like this

Or should I reduce my salinity to 1.009 i.e, hyposalinity? Fish is eating but becoming little lazy. After fw dip, cloudy eyes r gone and fins r turning back to normal.

Sorry to confuse but I think they r flukes as they r more white. Droping salinity to 1.009 is a good idea and u will be fine after 2-3weeks
Sorry if I said something wrong. Not sure if u can place lion there with undy

Check out the Fish Nutrition post for some feeding suggestions. In that post, I would also be sure to use the supplements for an ill fish. Hope your fishes come through this.

Whoa! Those are Neobenedenia flukes! They didn’t show up in your first images.
Hyposalinity at 1.012 for 35 will work. It is less stressful to the fish than 1.009 is. Only use 1.009 if you are also worried about ich. Remember to end hyposalinity very slowly, over 5 to 7 days.

My salinity is at 1.010 so why I am facing these? I think I should check with another device. My p. lionfish and baby domino demsel also got these problems, what to do?

There is a rare brackish water fluke that looks like Neobenedenia - if your fish has that, hypo won’t control it, you’ll have to try multiple Prazipro treatments, 3 to 5, eight days apart - it is a chore.

Is this a symptom of flukes? My lionfish spine has become naked and something is gone wrong with it's skin.

I got some bussy days. Undy founds it's new home after getting well. I finnally found an Owner which wants to keep it alone. This time I personally made sure that undy finds a good home. Lionfish also gets well but the person to which I given my Tangs denied to give my Tangs back so I'll hv to add new fishes to my dt. Just my Domino demsel wouldn't make it otherwise all fishes seems healthy. Lionfish's skin also came back and it looked like that it was before

Thx everyone :)
