Hello all
I’ve had this female Watanabei angel fish for about 3 years. For the last 2, she’s developed HLLE on just one side. I figured it would affect each side, so I don’t know what to make of it. Any thoughts?
She’s been in a 200 gallon for the last 2 months and a 120 previous to that. I feed quality pellets and 5-6 different kinds of frozen including angelfish/butterfly and PE mysis—which she eats with gusto. Otherwise incredibly vibrant and healthy. About 5”.

Forgot to mention—I have about 2 dozen fish in various tanks on the same diet and she is the only one that has any HLLE—including another Genicanthus and several tangs.

I have one case of unilateral HLLE in my records, it is very rare to see and I cant account for it. The fish I had was a chevron tang.
