Hello. I’m fairly new to reef tanks and I have a small tank with live rock. This showed up recently and I’m unsure what it is. There are two present in the same place and this one has moved very incrementally over the last several days. It does appear to open and close and can close somewhat rapidly. Any information would be appreciated!

Looks like Empty Barnacle colony.

Tunicate. Takes water in and expels it. Filter feeder. Good guy. That’s the movement you see.
