Has anyone done it? I think my tank has velvet and I have 4 fish in QT now. I started dosing cuppermine and am thinking to also add a dose of quickcure.

Thoughts?

Quickcure has a hint of Formalin, which will perhaps be the biggest help under practical apps.

For copper to work at all it needs to be sustained and tested frequently (daily min...twice daily with dosing twice daily as needed in kind to maintain therapeutic levels). You really have to commit to copper for it to work.

Aside from meds...small daily siphoning from the bottom of the tank is immensely helpful for minimizing reinfection(s).

Do see if you can get straight formalin (37% formaldehyde solution) from your local druggist. In short dips this can be most effective against numerous parasites.
