I'm just at the page where it says sub forum, I want to show my sump in a forum

Ah. Click the bars in the top left hand corner. It brings up a menu, choose "browse" to view the forums and choose the one you want to post in. If you just want to read the forums you can select "new posts" and see the new replies since your last visit.
