Is this Velvet, Ich, or something else? Woke up with my Darwin Clown fish dead but it looks like it may have been attacked by something. My Midnight Clown has this whitish film on it. Swimming only in one spot, not eating, and not acting erratically/scratching other than just staying in one spot. All parameters look good. Been dealing with a probable bacteria bloom so added an air stone yesterday based on advice.

Sorry about your Clownfish!

Does he seem like he's swimming into current?

Good luck with your fish!

The pictures are too blue to reliably say anything.
It looks like there’s a thick mucus coat around the clown, which would either indicate brooklynella or late stage ich. Is it breathing weird/too rapidly at all?

Welcome to Reef2Reef,

In addition to photos/video taken under white light, more background about the fish and the tank’s history is important.
This post explains all that;
