Very confused

Picked up this Xenia today at my lfs. When I first put it in, it opened right up and was doing fine. 20 minutes pass and it looks like half of it is dead and the other half is flourishing?
Any ideas?

I think it kinda need to get used to your parameters in your tank.
Did you compare your water with that where it came from?

not dead closed up. Yep just adjusting to tank

I did not test parameters of the lfs water
