Been awhile since I’ve posted just started a new tank about 8 months ago. Also started to culture my own pods and Phyto. I’m culturing tisbe and tigger pods and I dosed my tank for the first time yesterday but also so these tiny white free swimming worm looking things when the flow was off they swam to the water surface. I don’t see any in my culture and not even too sure where they came from. Any help with an id is appreciated. I’ve attached a video and a pic if that helps. You can see them at the water surface.

Those look like detritus worms. General term for small white worms that live in the sand bed and rock and consume detritus. I saw these all the time especially at night and when the flow was down like yours. I see the copepods and all with them so normal fauna of a reef tank.
