I just hooked up my viparspectra v165 lighting and it’s not giving me the h-se at all and my clock doesn’t stay on does anyone know what to do please

the new fixtures, the clock does not stay on. Viparspectra re designed the timer and its now poop.

Well that sucks I also wasn’t able to go into the h-se mode either so there actually sending me another light to replace this one

they will probably send you a timer.
