Wall Frogspawn

I ordered a frogspawn which I thought was branching was actually a wall. So I have a quick question. How do you mount it? Should there be a rock above and below or could the top of the frogspawn have nothing on top of it?

I wouldn't put anything on top. Wall vs branching refers to growth pattern. Rather than multiple heads branching off it will be one continuous head.
