Which reef octopus you going with?

As far as the return bump was going to suggest the m1, definitely going to use it on my new build when time comes (or upgraded version is available) lol

As far as the lights, great choice! I've heard from a few it's no big difference between the gen 3 and 4, might be able to save a few bucks on those?

Been dying to swap my AI fifty twos to the radions but haven't done the commitment, will probably wait until upgrade.

Thanks for the heads up on lights. Skimmer is sro 1000int. I'm debating on setting up a fuge or algae scrubber from 302 aquatics. This hobby gets expensive quick. Not even including rock sand and livestock yet.

Yeah gets pricey quick, you get what you pay for!

As far as the fuge or scrubber, totally up to you. Personally I have a refugium, with the extra price on the scrubber I would just stick with the fuge. I've seen several people with scrubbers that love them and some that have not seen improvement. I guess it all depends on your load, algae growth, etc.

Up here in Pompano (just north of FTL)... Currently have a 38gallon that's been around for 13+ years. Mostly fishes until recently. Just made the jump to beginner stuff. i.e. couple leathers and a GSP that I hope to keep in control. LOL... Really just stalling and ;learning on this tank before I jump to a 120 tank. Also, slowly buying the equipment with the 120 in mind. ;)

Hey everyone. I live by Versailles Restaurant on 8th St and Douglas Rd.

90Gallon Mixed Reef - I was going to build a custom tank and it was going to take probably over a year but then I found a second hand tank off another reefer for a great deal, so Im working on that until I build my dream tank. Before that I was out of the hobby for a decade but I used to have a 125short SPS/LPS Reef in the mid 2000's and started in the hobby in 2001.

Hi everyone. I am new in the hobby . Have my 150g for almost a month. Live sand, dry rock, 40g refugium,LED lights, reef octopus skimmer ,a wet/dry filter with bio balls , and 3 power heads .0 Ammonia,0 Nitrite, PH 8.2, but Nitrate is 2 as per my Red Sea test kit. I introduced 3 blue green chromis and they are doing very well. Look active and eating. Am I ready for more fishes? Future reef tank. Any advise for my stocking list?
Thank you!
