So I dicided to test how h2o2 would effect the algae in my tank, so I took 3 samples and added the hydrogen peroxide to 2 of the containers one at .05 ml and the other at .1 ml. I then left it for 2 weeks under a grow light. As expected the one not treated with h2o2 had vastly more algae growth than the others. The .05 ml one had about the same algae with no growth and the .1 ml one had killed most the algae however a bubble formed and has root like ape den gaze coming of of it. Anyone know what this? And how can it grow in a tank with no heat flow and high doses of h2o2. It acts like a giant man range and has a slight shine to it like motor oil on a pavement.
