Received a trio of Anthias August 18 from LA's Divers Den. They looked great. Spent 6 weeks in quarantine with only one minor incident: a female had a wound on it's side. All were treated with Kanaplex and Furan2. The wound healed and none lost appetite. I also de-wormed as part of my QT process. The largest of the three seemed to be starting the transition to male.
When they were added to the tank, my Kole Tang harassed the same female that previously had an injury, and the tormenting resulted in a Popeye, so we refer to her as Poppy. I removed the Kole Tang as I was nowhere near stocked and didn't want continued bullying. Poppy and the transitioning male hid, but would eat when food passed by their cave. While they hid, the other female, "Big Bertha", got... Well... Big! She ate. And ate. And ate. And colored up beautifully. I assume Bertha is now Bert.
Two weeks ago, just as I started seeing Poppy and her boyfriend come out more, her boyfriend had a Popeye. It has not healed, but he (?) is eating at every feeding. A few days ago I noticed torn fins, and their bodies appear roughed up. Today, Poppy is not eating and appears emaciated. I feed 3-4 times per day with Rod's food. The other two are still eating.
Two other fish in the tank are a Flame Hawkfish and Sleeper Goby. Both of them are normal.
Is this bullying? Could something else be going on? Any advice is welcome!
Other info: tank has been up and running since Nov. 2013. 75g mixed reef with 20g sump.

The popeye... one eye or both? Also, how many rounds of Prazipro did you do in QT and how many days apart?

Poppy's Popeye is healed (right eye). I didn't realize how poor quality the video uploaded. Hard to get a good pic of wiggly fish but this is her:

And this is the male(?) that now has it:

The only bullying I've seen has come from the largest Anthias, and it hasn't been drastic. I've seen it twice since I've had them

I'm confused. I thought you said the "other woman" is now a "Bert"?

Yes, Bertha is now Bert I believe. That is the largest doing the bullying.
For the record, I don't actually name them... But it's very hard to distinguish between 3 of the same fish.

Ah, here's a better one from a few weeks ago. On top is the one I thought was transitioning to male in QT (currently has Popeye) On bottom is Poppy (now not eating):

And this is Bertha, which I now think is Bert:

So that means you have 2 males now and just 1 female, correct?

I *believe* so just based on observations and others' opinions, but I'm not positive.

If so, one of the boys probably gotta go. They may be fighting at night when the lights are off. Cuz... ya know. ;)

I'm laughing harder than I should at that [emoji23]

Any tips on catching one of these guys? I've got a 20QT ready to be set up I guess I could put one in. But they are FAST, excellent hiders, and shy.
