A few of my rocks have these small clear bubbles sitting on them. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I can use my Turkey baster to blast them but they come back within a few days.

Thank you in advance.

Do you see brown or red film under these bubbles? Or are they just bubbles on the rocks?

Could be a few things, hard to tell in your blue picture.
Here is 2 of them
Micro bubbles collecting on the rock and getting trapped in film algae.
Algae releasing gasses.

Algae/ bacteria releasing gasses. Normal occurrence, also a tell tale that you could use some more water flow.
