What are these thingys?

I discovered several of these growing on the walls and floor of my sump today. I looked around in the Critter ID forum but couldn't find anything that looked exactly like it. What are they?

Looks like it might be a type of sponge

Sponge. I have these growing in my sump and under my rocks. I think they're harmless..I just poke at it sometimes and remove some

Yeah, kinda what I thought but not quite a Pineapple Sponge.

The only thing I can find is one called a spaghetti sponge and it looks similar.
