I still can't keep corals for anything, but years ago before I had to take a long break, I did manage to get both clowns and a pair of anthias to breed in my tank and raised the fry to sell. That was 20 years ago, and I was extremely lucky to get the anthias to pair up though.

What I consider a major accomplishment is growth in all my mixed reef creatures. Next step would be reproduction.

I was totally against having to dose as I just thought it was too time consuming. So I just kept up with weekly water changes and didn't attempt to keep SPS. Well I started dosing All for Reef 3 months ago and haven't done a water change since! And I'm able to keep SPS now and my corals are flourishing.

been dosing all for reef on my current tank which is now a year old and running on a canister filter, hardly do water changes just clean the pre filter here & there then carbo every two months
despite my tank being heavy on lps and softies
the sps i have are doing great
