What do you think? Too much light.

Pretty sure my hammer is getting to mich light.

The green slimer is also looking wierd, its got bright green polyps and thats it.

Pretty hard to tell do you have any pics with the lights off or on white settings? What makes you think they are getting too much light?

The hammer looks like a ghost. Ill try more white tommorow. The slimer just has neon polyps it looks like it has no skin.

Could be getting too much flow. I had a hammer that was super white and was getting way to much flow. It lost a head and that’s when I had to move it. It’s still under the same light intensity sitting on the sand and it’s doing great. Grew another head and got its color back. Maybe try and move it so it’s getting less flow

I have kept hammers in light ranges from 80 PAR to 250 PAR and never had an issue with bleaching. Usually when you have coloration issues it's going to be due to water chemistry, improper flow or incorrect light spectrum.

Can you fill us in on what lighting your using?

How long has your tank been running?

Water pramameters?

Finally meqsured more than just alk.

Been 4 months setup, got a dead 0 for nitrates.

Throwing in ol stumpy remover now.
