Ok so I have some Xenia which is open and has been doing fairly well in my tank for a month.

Params:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 15 (doing water change today)
Calc 410
Mag 1340
Alk 8.2 ish
Ph 8
Temp 81

I’ve noticed that my Xenia has become taller and lankier? Basically the stalks of each eat are skinny and taller, but other than that it seems normal. Is this Indicitive of falling params? I attached before and after photos.

They do best under moderate light and water flow. Additionally assure your salinity is not elevated and what test kits are you using?

Ok thanks. I’m using salifert test kits and my salinity is 1.026.

my lighting is pretty low rn, the Xenia is getting 70 ish par. I am upgrading to the aquaknight in the next one - two weeks. It’s currently in high flow.

Yeah that seems like light, reaching toward it is the likey cause.
Once I get the aquaknight the current placement will have close to 200 par. Should I place it closer to mid or bottom?
