What frogspawn is this? Worth?

Hey, I wanted to know what type of frogspawn is this? And is it worth $175 dollars? I have never see a gold/yellow color frogspawn before, was just wondering....

That looks more like a hammer to me. Is it worth that much, maybe, if you are will to pay that. I personally wouldn't spend that much for a hammer or frogspawn, but that's just me.

+1 on hammer, +1 on the photo being altered, but not too badly.

I have two frags of these, and the LFS has a slightly different morph that is even brighter than what I have/is pictured; it is slightly warmer yellow with an almost blue "halo" on the tips.

This is pretty high. I'd say $ 100 max. Also color is not going to be so saturated in real life.

Hammer. I would say maybe $40 / head or so. You can get if from some places cheaper than others. I would say $175 is a fair price if it is a true aussie gold/yellow 5 head hammer.
I wouldn't pay it but I'm sure someone would. just my 2 cents.

So the picture is probably not 100% true to life. Like I said earlier I have a couple of frags of some gold hammers which are not nearly this intense.

BUT I just bought a piece from the LFS that looks very much like this. Again it is not saturated as the above photo, but once I got it in my tank I was shocked as to how bright it is. I paid $35 for a double head, but I do shop there alot.

I used to believe all the photos of really bright hammers/spawn/etc were drastically altered, but apparently not.

I would still be hesitant buying something like this online. At least get some photos under daylight/not pure led actinics. The piece I just bought is just as bright under either lighting condition.

I have never had a yellow branching hammer. That ever looked true yellow under normal aquarium lighting. If they had the slightest yellow or orange look. They always reverted to a yellow/green color in less than a year.

Not saying they were treated in a manner to give them a yellow color visually. But the corals seems to get lost in time in home care. This may from something lacking in home aquarium that provides its color in the location naturally

wooah! I like that one. I have a gold/pink wall hammer, but nothing like that. Orange hammers look pretty nice as well. :D

Thanks guys. Here's a little better pic. I swapped out my blue +'s for coral +'s. Also can see the green one for comparison
