What happened?

I awoke this morning to find my Banghi Cardinal barely alive, stuck to the intake of one of my power heads. Water is testing perfect and all the other fish seem fine. Any ideas?

How long have you had it, my friend? And do you know if it was wild caught or tank raised?

About a week and it was tank raised

I'm really concerned that there could be an issue in the tank. Any information would be great.

just because a newly introduced fish dies doesn't mean there is something wrong with the tank, if you checked all the basic params just watch everything else and maybe do a water change
