My torches do this sometimes, they are just expelling waste and taking in fresh water ,they should be back to normal soon....

Looks like receding tissues, perhaps a change of flow causing the flesh to tear?

At least on the first picture in the middle... Not a real expert, just my $0.02

Can it depend on the kh raised too fast? Last night I used a kh buffer for the first time, and checking my tests today I went from 5.7 to 8.3 ... people tell me that the coral is dying ..

That could influence things as well. KH shouldn't be raised by more than 1 point a day.
And this is not a good sign, but not severe enough to say it is dying (or at least not yet). Perhaps put it in an area with less flow and slightly less light, for now. Keep a close eye on it.

Hopefully others will give a more definitive answer.
