This is definately not a fire or bristle worm. Some kind of a nudi branch maybe??

Has what look like feelers all around its body that seem to have a mind of their own. Can see small antena at its front end. Very slow moving creature, didnt try to hide or retract when I picked it up.

Good or bad??

Cucumber of some sort I would think. I can not comment on good or bad as I have never kept that type.
Personally I would keep it, but ya gonna hear cucumber nuking tank stories, I have never had it happen but some hobbyist swear by it.
Very cool critter.
