I've been thinking about this lately and how everyone's interpretation of the types of flow can vary. Someone's med flow could be someone else's high flow and so on. Is there any videos out there that shows the different types of flow effectively? How would you describe each one?

I spent a lot of time looking at other folks successful aquariums and tanks on Youtube and LFS to figure out good flow from coral to coral.
