i just saw this spot today. Fish is still acting normal and eating like a pig.
No new additions in the past 4 months.
I’m wondering about the white spot behind his pectoral fin.

Hard to say. Flukes are usually translucent. Could be lympho, but that typically presents on fin edges. I’d just keep an eye on it. May be something a healthy fish just gets over. Oh, and you’ll get better looks if you post in the fish disease forum.

Keep an eye on it, my PBT scrapes his sides quite a bit darting in and out of rock. Every time he does he’ll get a weird mark and I’ll start worrying but it heals and he’s fine.

Possibly Lymphocystis, which is a virus. No cure, but generally goes away on its own, given good food, quality water ... and a bit of time.

Can move the thread to Fish Disease forum if you'd like - just say the word.
