Ive heard they need lower temperature than your typical reef when its to hot for them they try to jump
Mine likes to build exotic caves.

+1 Leopard Wrasse

Scared of its own shadow and after acclimation, difficult to even get eating live food.

The stars have to align with high quality water, perfect sandbed, no other intimidating fish, great endless supply of pods.

They are absolute PITAs. 100%

.
I'm 0 for 2 with that leopard.

Fish? Who needs fish in a tank? Once I got hooked on corals I buy the cheapest ones I can get that are hardy and eat whatever flakes or pellets I give them. Nothing worse than spending hard earned money on a fish only to have it die shortly after no matter what you do.

For whatever reason I've had really lousy luck with lawnmower blennies. They do really well for a few months, look really fat and healthy, then they just die out of the blue. It's really unfortunate because they are such cool fish with fun littler personalities. Still want to try another one but not sure what's the deal. It's not a tough fish to keep and I've don't have problems with anything else. Maybe just bad luck?

blue ribbon eel, impossible to get to eat

We’ve heard that to be true by many. We got ours to eat live food after the first 10 days of him eating nothing and now he eats everyday. He’ll eat live fish from the tongs or brought to him by net. Sometimes he’ll grab mollies somewhere in the tank on his own.
