Lympho usually presents as a small cottony or cauliflower like growth. How long has it been on the clown? If it is lympho, it's a harmless virus that usually goes away with pristine water conditions, high quality foods + vitamins. Kinda like the herpes virus in humans.

I’ve had a clownfish get a weird bacterial growth on him. I think Meredith called them clownfish pimples? Mine looked like a beard hanging off his chin.

He was in QT with antibiotics and they didn’t really make a difference. I ended up giving him a ruby reef rally bath and most of the “white” came off leaving a reddish bump. Eventually, it just kind of went away.

I can’t tell from the photos if yours is the same, but just thought I’d share my experience.

It does sort of look like cauliflower. But it wasn’t there a week ago for sure. Anything special I need to treat it?
