What is going on with my Yellow Tang he eats just fine I feed him 2 times a day he look very sick what do I do

I have only 4 clowns in tank they look great he is breathing he is active he is eating I just don't know what I'm doing wrong

I didn't see any clear and obvious matches in the chart either. It's not a complete chart, but it's better than nothing and may help in the future.

I would treat with this combination of meds: Furan-2, Kanaplex & Metroplex. The latter will also address the possibility of Brooklynella.
