What's it purpooae lol it's a good sign as in how lol still a newbie so not to sure what is it

That means you water chemistry is good for coralline grow. They are a sign of balance water parameters. Just keep up the good work. They will grow all over the tank. I like them on the rocks but they love to grow on glass and equipments lol
