What is this?

This is my first month in the hobby and my first tank. I noticed long white hairs coming out of my live rock—at first I thought they were from one of my two Skunk Shrimp because they looked similar. I couldn’t find anything like it on Google. I removed it from the tank, and here are some photos.

I pulled this off the live rock.
But there was also a smaller one in the wave maker I took out too.

Looks like shrimp skin, molted shrimp maybe…

Yeah definitely just a shrimp molt I find them in my tank all the time, my shrimp molts every few months
