That looks like a bristle worm. They are harmless and eat leftover food, detritus, and decaying matter. Unless your tank is overrunning with them you should not worry. Do Not hold them with your fingers, use a tweezer they have sharp bristles (hence it's name) and it will cause a rash. Hope this helps.:D
