What is wrong with my anemone???

All of a sudden it’s hanging out of the bottom after being happy in it’s spot for months and nothing has changed in my tank. What’s wrong with it? Thank you for your help!

It is just inflating it's foot. May be about to take a walk.

Nothing is wrong with it, just inflating it’s foot like stated already

That can't be answered with little to no info, but bta's can walk for a variety of reasons.

May be searching for more light, different flow, any number of reasons.

It looks relatively well inflated above for the lights being off.
