What is wrong with my chelmon

Last night I got this chelmon. I dimmed the light to avoid stress and put it in. I just came home and it is acting weidly darting around and not picking at the rocks should I be worried or is it just stress. There are no aggressive tank mates that can bully it like tangs or doty backs. Tank is 2 years old filled with pods, aiptasia, tube worms and all kinds of microfauna to feed on.

Can you get a video under white light? Video is blurry and hard to tell what is going on with the fish upclose.

I suspect that it may have gill flukes because it is sometimes twitching his head.

It has pooped actually since it came, and it pecked a little bit at the rocks, but it is spending a lot of energy right now I have a spare tank that I can set up for it with very low flow, and I have lots of spare rocks in the display full of microfauna. I am ready to do what it takes to save the fish, but I have never treated sick fish, so all help is appreciated. I dont want to over stress it by moving tanks.

Was it shipped to you, or did you buy it from a store?
Do you know the salinity of the water it came in versus that of your tank?

I bought it via video because it was eating flakes it was shipped to me but it spend like total of 4 hours shipping from the shop to me. It came with 1.022sg salinity and I drip acclimted it over 45 minutes to my tanks level of 1.025sg. Before I consider moving it I want to give it another day to settle because it just came last night but the headshaking is worying me should I be concerned for gill flukes.

Had a tang that was head shaking and trying to scrap its head on and. It was velvet sadly. Caught it too late. It’s not normal for sure. Can be flukes but other things to.

Edit: I would also have QT’ed the fish. At the point I’m at in the reef world everything gets the QT. At least to be able to observe a bit closer.
