Hi!
So currently I use the white setting for lights on my Fluval Evo stock lid, but there are blue lights also. Is it okay to run the white lights for the times I have it on in the day, or should I use the blue setting instead? Or should I do half and half. Thank you!!

If you have to use one or the other use blue. Corals do not need white light, it's for tank viewing pleasure only. Although white can increase par if needed at the expense of promoting algae too.

it's a shame with the stock light that if u ysing a timer for the light then you can only have the full white and blue light on but at night with the timer it switches it off. no way to have the blue light go on unless you do it manually.

With a mushroom you don't need a ton of light intensity but as others have stated the blue is what the corals need, the white makes it more pleasant for you to view.

just a note, apparently the AI blade light fits the evo's lid, if you want to upgrade. the stock light is pretty weak
