What makes Powerbrites different?

Basically my question is...
What makes Powerbrite LED's different from other LED bulbs?
I always hear people complaining about vendors using powerbrite shots when they are posting pics of coral they are selling.
I have also noticed that shots taken under lights with powerbrites added on look much better than without.
So, what makes them different?

I use the PowerBrights.
There are a lot of different LED bulbs. The PowerBrights are 1w 460nm Actinic Blue LED's in the ones that I use.
Think of it like putting up a black light poster and turning on the black light.
AMAZING COLOR!!!!
 
I'm not sure what the inner workings are, or bulb type for that matter, but they are amazing nonetheless. I use the Actinic blue also, wow man, wow. The name truly fits them!!!!!!
