What music do you like?/ MF Doom?

I am just curios what kind of music people here like? I have been really into MF Doom lately. If you don't know MF Doom he is an uderground rapper with amazing lyrical talent.

My lady really likes the Greatful Dead. I also like some of there stuff.

I am a veteran of over 150+ Grateful Dead concerts but these days I like all music especially 1950's-60's area Jazz, some classical stuff, but I'm getting old, so Sports talk dominates my airways anymore

Have you heard of Pink Martini? I saw them live about 2 months ago any they were amazing! Kind of a fusion /Jazz. They remind me of an old school swing band.

I like MF Doom. I really like the danger doom cd he did with DJ Danger Mouse. I also really like the grey album that Danger Mouse did. I mean how can you beat mixing the Beatles white album into beats and then laying Jay-Z's Black album lyrics over it!!

I like the old Coltrane stuff where everbody in the band takes turns soloing in each song, there is a basic riff then they go total improv

The Dead are very popular in Oregon. Lots of hippies here. If you are ever in Oregon in the summer you should check out the Oregon country fair near Eugene. It's a blast.

Has anyone heard of pandora.com? It is like a customized radio station. You just type in a band or song that you like and they play a variety of similar genre songs. It's pretty cool.
