She does and can talk ALOT, but I call her my closet talker she talks when she thinks she is by herself. When she is in a good mood she will talk when people are around to show off.

That is so cool. I use to work at a pet store in high school and i had an african grey that talked quite a bit. Such lovely and amazing birds!
