what schedule for xr 30 pros

i got myself 2* gen 6 xr30 pros what schedule do you guys run on urs (if you have blues please don't answer this question as you probs run ab+)

Local lfs has 2 over a 75g with just the ab schedule and 45%, acros at the top softies nearing the bottom, how much stronger are these than the 5s
