Rainfordia opercularis, Cirrhilabrus sanguineus, Centropyge debelius, and others that have been mentioned above. There have probably been more peppermints collected than people realize, but I think people generally don't like admitting that they paid $25k+ for a fish that died after 6 months or less.

Just wanted to post, it seems they got a couple at the Academy of Sciences Aquarium in San Francisco, CA. I got to make time to go see those beauties!
They sure do saw em a month ago…. Watch those tangs in their main tank during feeding time, crazy fast
