What's the most you paid for a frag?

Im always afraid of spent big bucks for online since pic kinda lie.
Sure on it's best day in best light it's true to color but like on line dating I don't want to be shocked when it arrives.
If wifee is reading this that what i heard from other guys. And yes all my corals cost $10 or less.

i buy and trade online a lot, and my personal deal breaker are doctored up pics. egregious ones. the way i see it, it is dishonest and the seller knows it. i'm not dealing with dishonest people. i've asked for a regular cell phone pic at times and most usually do not respond after that.

I won't trust cell phone pic.
I use a Samsung and pic come out more vibrant than they really are.
But I know it's just about everyone uses the same methods.
Sps don't look that good in 10-12k light
Seems to look best at 20K but I can't take a pic at 20K on the phone.
I don't think too many people could prove lineage either.

Some vendors I sincerely believe don't saturate as much as they photograph these pieces top down under blue lighting upon arrival and it looks so nice but it's not what it looks like anymore when they sell it. It has browned out or morphed but they advertise it as what it was and not what it is now.

I shamefully paid 1,900 for a OG shroom. Huge show piece for sure. For sps 400 for a vivid confetti straight out of cali. Zoa would be a hallucination that was part of a pack that the shroom came in way smaller then what I paid for. LPS nothing crazy yet but I did buy a pale rainbow chalice that I am patiently waiting and watching slowly color up. Almost bout a ludacrous chalice but decided to wait for a nice rainbow electus shroom

I never edit my photos I only upload them and sometimes crop them. But the yellow filter helps cut the blue light. But when I sell I just use my normal pens and send a blue lit and regular lit photo

Ya I cut it every few months. I originally cut my momma in half and let the momma grow out and kept fragging the other one.

Got this $250 and yes it look exactly like the picture. Actually I waited a month or more after buying it and got a bit bigger and encrusted frag.I generally get all of them from reputed vendors and members here. All my frags are from this forum members no local purchase. I have bad experience from a very reputed vendor but never complained about it. I just now don't buy from him.
