Whats wrong with my coral?

First off, im not sure exactly what kind of coral it is, i know its a leather coral but not sure what kind. Anyway there is a weird white mark on it and the polyps wont open in that area but will everywhere else. Any ideas on whats wrong?

Reduce white light intensity and increase blue. Direct more flow towards it- Not at it.
Recommended:
Temp 77-79
ph 8.1-8.3
salinity 1.024-1.025
nitrate < .04
ammonia < .03
Phosphate <.04

give it gentle bursts with a turkey baster. It should perk it up
