You can use a combo of kanaplex and furan 2 instead of spectrogram
@HotRocks mentions that in his qt procedure sticky

Spectrogram is formulation of Kanaplex and Furan2. It nice because it is less water changes, etc. to do. If you have access to Kanaplex and Furan2 and feel you need to treat asap, do so. It will be fine. ;)

Fish currently look fine. I just ordered some so hopefully I can wait until it comes and use it. What is the recommended dosage?
