Which light? Help!

Im setting up a Red Sea reefer 650 and I am looking at lighting options. I have only really used T5’a before and I want to try led’s. I have a budget of about 1500 and I want to know your opinions on these lights, and suggestions about others!
I’m looking at the maxpect recurve 320watt fixture, the maxpect razor x 300 watt fixture, and 4 hydra 26’s. Any ideas?

I really like the recurve idea, but is there a way to make it extend farther for a 63” tank?
