Which light to use?

i just put some macro in my fuge, i have two light choices, i have a 13w 6700k light that fits over my fuge, the othe is 75 w 5100k compact fluorescent flood light, witch is my best choice....

I would use the 13 watt and see if the growth is good. If that does not work, then you can give the flood light a try. I have something similar to the 13w 6700k that you have mentioned. It promotes growth and doesn't put off a lot of heat.
