I'd recommend two Hydra 26 HD's! I've got three over my tank, which are forsale by the way ;), and they work great. I have internet issues so things have a hard time connecting upstairs on the third floor where the tank is. I've decided to go back to T5, plug and play for me since my internet is such crap up here.
They've been great. I've switched from an ATI T5 24" which was too small for my tank. My tank is 36x19x20 so basically the exact measures of yours. My SPS love it as well as the one LPS I have, my torch. It BLOOMS during peak hours!
