My clowns had this issue for about a week, getting progressively worse.

They just beat a bout with ich a couple months ago, tank is doing really well at the moment, but female clown has these markings around face/lips

Both are behaving fine, I’ve noticed female ‘pecking’ and ‘suckling’ on walls algae sometimes GSP (I presumed eating pods) but this is the only in normal behaviour.
Any ideas? I’m getting concerned

Black clowns show up excess mucus very easily. I think this is superficial to its habit of pecking at the walls. In the absence of any other symptoms, I don’t see anything treatable here.

Okay, ive got a personal attachment to this fish so paranoia can cloud judgement sometimes. Hope he will be fine, thanks for the advice.
