What ich treatment did you use?

Is it in a quarantine tank?

I'm guessing you have a FOWLR then? You definitely don't want to put that into a tank with inverts or corals.

What level copper are you maintaining? Copper aid is a chelated copper so you should keep it at 2ppm. You need a total copper test kit to accurately measure it, such as API's. The Seachem and Salifert tests won't work accurately for this type of copper.

Looks like Lympho to me as well, which is a self limiting viral infection which is contagious. Nutritional support and stress reduction are the typical recommendations. Try some Selcon or foods specifically designed for Angels.

Doesn't look like ich, my money is on lymph, have they fallen off at any point in the past two weeks, if not definitely not ich.
Definitely a possibility.

Are the spots always in the same space and/or growing? If it is Lympho than copper treatment would counterproductive. You will want to get the copper out as quickly as possible.

Give this a quick review.

Now how can i get rid of the copper because it has already killed off my panther grouper. Also im pretty sure i see it spreading to my blue hippo tang except his spots are alot smaller.

Do you think the white spots killed off your grouper? Or the copper?

The copper definitly did, he had nothing on him and he has a loss of appetite.
I'm not good at photo ID but I trust the people who commented that are. Ultimately though, you are best positioned to see if you think it is ich or Lympho.
If you think it is ich then you need an API test set and maintain 2ppm copper. Not sure how long ago you added copper but I have to agree something doesn't seem right. Especially if you added copper more than 3 or 4 days ago.
If you think it is Lympho then you need to pull the copper out of your water. The Cuprisorb will work the best but activated carbon will also remove copper if you have that on hand.

Yes, it does start small. If the dots are growing over time and not moving then it is most likely Lympho.

You'll know that it's lymph because it won't drop off the body and come back like ick or velvet. Lymph will start small and look like ich at first but will stay in the same spot for several days (sometimes weeks) and grow larger.
