I’m not an expert by any means but I’ll try to give some advice. It looks to spotty to be ich and doesn’t really look like brook. Best advise I could give is to pick up some API- Furan 2 and bath the clown in a 5 gallon bucket of tank water. It comes in packets. I think you are supposed to add a packet for every 10 gallons so it would be half a pack. I would say give it 3 hours. I work at a fish store and they will sit in there for up to 6 hours. Just be aware it has a tendency to stress the fish out if it’s on its last leg and may end up killing it but doing something is better than nothing. You’ll need an air pump for the 5 gallon bucket as well. I hope this helped!

Hi,
We need some additional information to try to figure this out. A short video of the fish also helps. Take a look at the second post at the top of this section, it lists the other info that we need.
thanks,
,
Jay

Its a Disease that happens to fish in general its the white dot ick and can be treated with medication. ( I recommend putting that clownfish in a quarantine tank until it fully treated.

There are a many YouTube videos out there i recommend watching some of them BUT DO IT QUICK Because the fish might not make it.

Dont think it was ich guys, fish was dead in the morning.
What other fish were in with it? You'll need to go into damage control mode to help them. It could have been Brooklynella, but the spots seemed a bit too separated for that. As I had mentioned, additional info and video is really helpful to us trying to figure these issues out.

Clown looks fine, I've moved him to a qt and treated with copper, metro, kanaplex, and furan 2. On the other hand this yellow clown goby looks weird as hell

I'm not a reef fish expert but if a fish scales look like that it needs the same treatment I recommend watching videos about reef fish diseases.
