damm i mit sell mine i can keep sps no problem i just dont understand this whole thing going on can i treat the whole tank? From my experience with acans in the last 6 years I have notice this occurring when bacterial infection take hold. If your nitrate are at 10 then that might be feeding the the aerobic bacterias. Dipping in iodine might help the infection. But I would suggest separating the infected acans in to a QT system. With low light and flow. If you have any acans that are infected on one side and not the other cut the infected portion off. Good luck bud this is why I sold off all my acans they can be touchy.
thats what i use, no problem thereno bonic i think its called two part cal and alk

no refugium hereAre you running a refugium? if so check their and see if you are breading bacterias like cyano. Usually in low flow area it accumulates fast. Just remember to do any changes slow to aggressive and you will end up with other issues.
