My yellows always go green on my. I do have one that may be going yellow again. I just moved the frag up pretty high under a 250W MH. There is an article in ReefKeeping that discuses sps color, it goes over yellows pretty well.

That is a very pretty piece of Yellow Carolinia, but I wouldn't call it a true yellow :(

My monitor must be off or it is a hard coral to capture the true color of - cuz that looks brown to me. It has ever since I've seen the first pics you posted.

Must be your monitor cause it's just about the exact color as orange sherbet in life and on most everybody's computers.

Really a beaut in real life....

....and, BTW, that caroliniana is sweet....

Mitch it is weird how close to orange sherbert orange your acro is,it literally looks like orange sherbert, that I could eat! LOL

I just remembered this one, I took this pic at a LFS 2 years ago in their display tank. It wasn't for sale at that time and I am not sure if he even still has it.

This is the first yellow piece posted in this thread....1smile1 that's the yellow I'm talking about not a hint of green...;)Besides the green polyps...

It is a very yellow piece too, my photography skills suck. I just sent the owner a PM to see if he still has it and if so I'll hook you up with him Lee.

Well, it certainly is described as "ORANGE" by everyone who sees it. As a matter of fact, the people who know the piece are pretty amazed to see an orange Acropora.

It's the first I've ever bumped into.

Okay let's say that piece is highlighter yellow still not lemon yellow... I have a nice large colony of that it's a awesome piece no doubt but still not a yellow....

My sunrise table and sunset mille are a nice yellow. My sunset mille is pure yellow, with Orange in the cups and lime green polyps. It's a stunner for sure. I purchased it wild about 7 years ago. It's the original. ;)
